The new update that started today where after 20 to 30 minutes of inactivity you need to sign in again has already been extremely inconvenient for us!
We are a small business and have been using MYOB AccountRight for the last four years. So far we have been quite happy with the product in general.
We did prefer it when the authentication code only needed to be entered every 30 days, as now we are having to enter it every day which is annoying for us.
We are using MYOB often throughout the day, however we regularly go more than the 20 to 30 minutes without using it and now with the inactivity log-out we need to be constantly be logging back in. WE REALLY DON’T LIKE THIS!!
Our suggestion is that you make it an option in the “Preferences” area to either use the inactivity log-out or choose not to. There could even be options on how long before you need to sign back in.
It would also be good if you had options for how often you need to enter the authentication code, such as every 30 days, every 7 days, or every day.

OMG!
Another useless feature! I was just blocked and has to wait for an email to click to unblock my account! You must be kidding me! all the inactivity, now if you put in accidently a wrong password your account is blocked! OMG you have gone tooooooooooooooooooooo far!
