Yes total agree. MYOB has not given thought to their NZ customers with this roll out of 20 minute inactivity which MYOB say has been forced on them by ATO requirements.
Why can't MYOB make it country related!!!
Why can't MYOB set up software so that if filing anything with the ATO then makes the user sign into the ATO to file and after 20 minutes of inactivity log the user off ATO.
It seems to me that this was the easy way out for MYOB and not much thought was give or any consultation with what clients want in NZ.
This has been extremely frustrating and time consuming!!!!
The 2FA every 24 hours is enough for us in NZ.
If they did anyone in Australia could just use a VPN to say they were in a different country or change the billing address and get around the security requirements.
