I hope you have had a great week. I’m sure many are looking forward to the weekend, particularly sporting fans.
Of course, we know that many MYOB users continue to work over the weekend, and that’s why we do too. We were really excited this week to announce that we now offer support 24 hours a day, seven days per week to help make business life easier.
We recognise most business owners work well beyond nine to five and need us to support them – even if that happens to be in the middle of the night. We’ve hired and trained a significant number of people to accommodate our move to 24/7 support and are recruiting more. They’ll deliver quality real-time around-the-clock support via phone, email and the web from both Melbourne and Christchurch.
Other improvements to MYOB’s support offerings include new phone support for MYOB LiveAccounts users and 24/7 live chat support for MYOB Atlas clients. I’ve personally be resting this week after an operation on Monday, but catching up today I see it was another busy week on the forum, with 220 new members and 570 posts.
