Hi all,

Hope you have had a great week.

Have you had a browse of our new AccountRight and LiveAccounts idea exchanges yet? They enable you to submit your own ideas direct to the MYOB product development team. You can also read ideas submitted by others, vote for your favourites and leave comments.

The best thing about the idea exchange process is that you get direct feedback from our product developers. You can hopefully watch as the status of your post moves from “new idea” through to “in development” through to “implemented”. We are committed to implementing as many ideas as possible from the community in our regular product updates.

Thanks again for all the feedback on the new-look Community Forum. Keep it coming. I had a few users contact me this week saying they preferred the old (full date) format rather than our new smart dates feature which displays the date like “2 hours ago”, “yesterday” or “a week ago”. I just wanted to let you all know you can individually change the date format to whatever you prefer. If you want to return to the full date format, click on My Settings, go to the Preferences tab, Click on Display, and then uncheck the box that says "Use relative dates (three hours ago)".

I’d also like to remind everyone that you can use forum bookmarks to get quick access to your favourite boards, including “hidden” boards you are entitled to view. Just open a board you want to bookmark, then choose Bookmark from the Board options drop-down list. These bookmarks will then appear at the top of your Go To list.

This week we welcomed another 300 new members to the community, and over 700 posts were made. Special thanks to this week’s top five contributors - Tazter, Mike_James, Murray_McKenzie, David_Cree, and JenPerram. Tazter was again the leader with the most posts labelled as Accepted Solutions this week.

Love your work,

Jason Hill
