You should be able to see the "Ask a question" icon on the top right, I've included a screenshot here for your reference.

I am trying to write a post too and cannot find the "post" or "ask a question" icon as per the picture above?  Why so hard?

    For me, it doesn't appear until I navigate to the lowest possible level of a board/topic. You won't see it on this page because it's an announcement.

    In this example, I don't see it on MYOB Community, or Product Help and Ideas, or MYOB AccountRight, but it does appear once I get to AccountRight: Sales and Purchases.

    As far as I know, you can't just start a question from "anywhere" like you could in the earlier forum.
