Have just arrived this morning to the update and it does not look right. The new tabs at the top of the screen are all jumbled and the writing on the labels is over the top of each other. Not sure if its just my monitor that has done this. I've noticed a few of the updates have had small things like this happen and it can take 6 months for MYOB to fix this sort of thing. Looks like some first year high school student who is learning design on websites as had a crack at it. Although it doesn't affect how we use the software we would expect it to look a lot more professional than it currently does.

Check your screen resolution, it might need to made bigger (or smaller) to get to fit to your screen size. Is your screen small?

Hi there, yes the screen is small but it is the same size it always is. I can't seem to change it. Have had this happen on other parts of MYOB where the screen gets cut off but then a new update comes along and fixes it.

We've been working on a fix to reported display issues - if you're having trouble, check that you're on the latest version of AccountRight, you can do this by clicking on Help > About MYOB AccountRight, latest version being 2025.4.
Also check your scale percentage in your PCs display settings. For the best performance, we suggest 100%-125% scale. If the issue persists, please raise a support ticket from your My Account dashboard and we can take a deeper look into it for you.
