Sorry, but waaay tooo much visual clutter. Isn't most of that stuff visible from one click on the Business Insights button anyway? Not that I ever use it.
EDITED: After a few hours of use, I DO actually like the extra vertical spacing on the drop downs from the menu bar - it's harder to accidentally click the wrong one when the mouse slips. However, the bold font on the command centres is very hard on the eyes and feels extra glare-y on screen and the arrows are too bright/dark. They overpower the text, and who really needs them anyway? I read the labels on the buttons and click the one I want. If there isn't a keyboard shortcut I can use to get there more easily. My colleagues thought there was an outage of some kind causing the visual issues because they aren't subscribed to the announcements and therefore didn't get the 'heads up' yesterday.
Completely agree with you. Visual clutter is very apt description ! All of our staff here hate the new release.
