We're working on improving and considering user feedback for future updates, however, at this stage there isn't an option to customise.
AmandaMYOB please provide us with a contact to provide feedback that will be taken into consideration as a matter of urgency. The tiles and sizing are the major issues and your blanket responses to everyone is not good enough. When is the next update scheduled to take place?

If you have any problems with the new AccountRight command centre you can access priority support by raising a support ticket from your My Account dashboard. You'll be able to get help and provide feedback to one of our experts from there. Instructions to do so can be found on this page.

To save us the time, can you just tell priority support that we need the ability to revert to the old command centre now? Surely you dont need hundreds of us all logging tickets for the same thing to have this fixed?!

The new command centre is a permanent update to your AccountRight file, there won't be the ability to revert to the previous version. We've tried to make it easier to navigate and find information, it may take some time to get used to for long-time users but we're here to help along the way if any questions or issues come up.

Frankly I would expect all MYOB dev staff and their bosses to be reading all of this anyway...yes some of us including myself rant sometimes but frankly most of us are too busy to get involved in "beta MYOB testing groups etc.." ...it's over 80 replies and we haven't hit lunchtime and how many users don't even jump on these forums...
It does surprise me that some of the suggestions listed in the ideas area have gone on for years, yet a major change to the UI occurs to help users who only log in to do one or two things....are they the users that pay the most subscription fees or demand greater functionality from their accounting software......I'm now paying nearly $200/month and I know I'm not a larger MYOB customer...even the one about Cheque numbers field vs the most common method used for payments....EFT, BPay & Direct debit.....I'm guessing when cheques are formally dropped by the banks then this field will be changed.
