I've just seen the new update - and my first impression was also not a good one. I agree with other comments that the layout is ot as user-friendly, with more unnecessary distractions. Icons and headers across the top seem smaller, borders around each option and the direction arrows clutter the view. I then went to process payroll and all my standard pay amounts have gone. I've therefore had to manually enter the hours/pay for each staff.
My vote would be to return to the previous version, and also not add this development episode to the justify the next rate increase (customser don't want to pay for problems).

We've only made changes to the Command Centre with this update, your payroll issue seems to be separate. I'd recommend reaching out to the team for further assistance for your payroll query, you can do this by raising a case from your My Account dashboard and we can take it forwards from there.

Hi Amanda. Thank you for the quick response. We also write our own software. However, if we make changes in 1 area, we fully re-test all areas before roll-out, to ensure nothing else is affected. Bug-testing should be done by MYOB staff, and not by customers.
