This is what my screen looks like. Changing resolution on PC does nothing. Makes me cross-eyed. By the sounds of it this is nothing to what other subscribers are having to deal with eg, staff members having access to financial information is not great. Have toyed with the idea of switching to Xero, might seriously consider it.

Hey Oneill
Please lodge a support ticket for the team to take a deeper look into if double checking you're on the latest version and updating PC display settings hasn't fixed the issue.

FYI - Everyone's screens look like this.. I also want my old screen back now, please. I pay too much per year to have a Command Centre that looks like I could have made it myself on Microsoft ACCESS

I have been a financial program developer in the past, and I could say that I have made much more pleasing looking interfaces in Access. I have thought seriously in the past about writing my own accounting software - so much that MYOB doesn't do, and the other systems are as bad - I switched to Xero at bookkeepers suggestion, that lasted about seven months, then I went back to MYOB which worked better for me - took me months of wasted time. But, I don't have the time to waste on that.
But still thinking of writing a system that downloads my myob data in a format that I CAN put into Access and get the reports I need. When I have the spare time. hah.

Hey Oneill
Do you have any custom scaling settings enabled in your PC's display settings? If so, can you please disable it, sign out of Windows and then log back into AccountRight once more and you should be able to see the text on the tiles correctly. If the issue persists, please send me a screenshot of your display and we can investigate further. Cheers, Amanda.

Hi Amanda, that was worked however the writing on the tabs/labels are now fuzzy and pretty hard on the eyes. I will probably have to go back to the old settings as I won't be able to look at that for very long during the day without getting a headache.
