The only word for this is horrendous.
Is there an option to roll back to the previous version ?
This is not an upgrade at all. I'm not even sure who you had test this before rolling it out, but I doubt that it was someone that was running a business with more than 1 person in it. Why would you put a profit and loss button on the front page for all staff to see ?
Why would you have a button that says in tray documents at the top of purchases, when there is already an intray button on that screen. It just clutters up the screen.
I'm all for an occasional redesign - but why on Earth would you go back to a design that looks like it's from 1990 ? The look is just unprofessional and makes your software look cheap.
