You're purposefully ignoring the issue. Payroll transactions are displaying to users who don't have payroll access. They are already using their own log in with correct designated roles. This is a data privacy breach.

I have a particularly nosey bunch of staff and so went digging before I had a mutiny on my hands.
While we wait to see if myob has any answers, if you go to user access permissions, you have to go to the General section in each role and then deselect Transaction Journal (All Tab). This will block them from the all tab, where the payroll data is showing.

We recommend changing the permissions in your Purchases settings to restrict the user from seeing the All tab in the transaction Journal.
