Whilst its a personal preference that i dont like the new dashboard particularly, i can no longer integrate with Workshop Software program. Its saying " Access Denied, Verify Your Company File Username And Password". I have verified company file.. i havent changed anything. what does this mean?

Are you receiving that error message when trying to open up your AccountRight file? You can reach out to our live chat team for further assistance if it's coming up on your MYOB file, we can do a few checks. However, if the error is coming from your integration you'll need to contact them for further assistance.

Thanks so much for prompt reply.. When i push integration in WS it doesnt fault.. but nothing coming across.. When i then go into their page for checking myob info.. wont let me access. They say myob prob ? it started a week ago... at same time as release.. so obviously something hasnt married between the two programs. I will try them again.

Hi clairet​ , have you checked your company file settings in workshop, and/or reauthorised the connection?

Yes Mike. thanks.. WS wont allow me to re-authorise. I am onto support now but they arent helpful.. just want to send a help link (which obviously i tried first). Stay tuned. Data missing is very frustrating.
