Dear MYOB Development Team... we stay with MYOB because it's FAMILIAR and we don't like change and many of us have been using it for 20 plus years. NO WAY would I recommend this to a new user. Just use Xero is what I will say. And then reluctantly have to go and learn it so I can help them (which I have resisted as I know MYOB so well). There absolutely needs an opt out option like they did with Outlook (which everyone chose to opt out of and hence they haven't forced the change presumably seeing how many don't like it). Seriously cannot believe such an expensive software did this without consultation / such a huge change / make it looked like the work experience kid did it. I'm presuming they're all sitting back saying it just takes time to adjust but it's not only current users - you just lost many of us as advocates to new users. Our company pays 6k in fees per annum for 4 data files. What an appalling waste of money for what we now get. PLEASE URGENTLY CONSIDER OUR COMPLAINTS.
