Hey Margriet
Thanks for your feedback, we've made these changes to the command centre as part of our ongoing efforts to improve the desktop experience and will continue to release improvements with future updates. If your in tray figure is out, click on the refresh button on your command centre and it should update and correct the figure displayed. For any questions about the new command centre update, you can raise a case from your My Account dashboard.
Thanks for your reply. If these changes were made with a view to improve the desktop experience, I can tell you that they have spectacularly failed to do so. By the way, clicking the refresh button does not correct the displayed number of documents.

Margriet We are aware the displayed number of documents may be out and are looking into it. As a workaround, viewing the file in the browser should allow you to see the correct figure.

Hi AmandaMYOB - before fixing something that's not broke maybe the development team should look at some of the browser functionality which is unable to be used - eg anything to do with multicurrency. When your business uses multicurrency extensively it's not productive to use the browser version. so we don't. Actual gaps in functionality would be a good use of the team's time. Would like to know when the user experence for customers paying $195 per month but unable to access a good percentage of the products features, and making it almost impossible to work from anywhere remotely are going to be addressed.

Hi AmandaMYOB Thanks for your reply, but the point is I don't need a workaround by viewing the file in browser, as there is already the existing "in tray" button right there on the main screen. As I work with the in-tray on a daily basis, I don't need the extra button to tell me how many documents are in there waiting to be processed. The point all your customers are making is we don't need ANY of the extra buttons that your developers have seen fit to add to the command centre.
Also, why has the "print cheques" button been added to the "purchases" screen? Nobody uses/accepts cheques anymore in New Zealand.
