MYOB, given that our request to roll back hasn’t been actioned, could you please advise how to adjust the scaling so it displays correctly on a laptop without affecting other programs?

Good morning Happygirl , the team are currently investigating what might be causing the scaling issues.
Our initial testing showed it would be related to the custom scaling in windows settings (which is the advice we have been providing here)
But many customers are saying/showing that they have no windows scaling in place but still have display issues.
We are digging deeper into these scenarios, what is causing it and how it might be solved.
Thanks for adding to the feedback here, it helps us to improve.- Happygirl8 months agoExperienced User
Thank you — I appreciate you taking our feedback on board, even when it's not easy to hear. I understand the intent behind the changes was to improve the system, but I strongly suggest rolling back the update until the current issues are resolved. Otherwise, I fear more users may disengage.
Also, please note that my Purchase In Tray is showing 14 documents, but there are none visible on my end. Can you please investigate this?

I noticed that yesterday's update seems to have rectified the scaling issue for my PC screen - I can now see the bottom buttons 'To Do List' etc so that is something. Perhaps see if there is an update you can run?

My screen has not changed after the update. Regardless of screen scaling, I still get jumbled words etc.
Was the original update that created these issues a hack from Xero?
I really can't understand why it has taken so long to get a resolution to paying customers issues? I think we pay enough to Myob each month to receive better service than this.
I am sure if my company supplied a job that was wrong I couldn't get away with fobbing off the customer as we have been. Not that I would ever treat our customers as such, the reason we have been in business for nearly 35 years.
