As a user of MYOB for over 25 years, it is so disappointing that we desktop users continue to be treated like second class users... Do you ever get the feeling we are being squeezed out of the market, so MYOB can focus on web based users. 'This update is part of our commitment to continue investing in and improving the AccountRight desktop experience.' Really!
May I remind MYOB that you charge us the same if not more for your services than those using the online version and yet we continue to be treated poorly. This update is truly not liked, appreciated or necessary. My clients are asking for recommendations outside of MYOB, Reckon still provides a desktop version that fits nicely into the screen, none of this scrolling up and down and changing settings to suite one program over everything else. And a clear understanding about how we really work in a workspace with others walking past our desks who do not need to see what our outstanding debtors and creditors are!
Now I see some blurb about going to an 'Ideas' page and requesting changes there! Changes to back as it was is not and idea, its a simple request from users who have been using your product for years. Please reconsider and revert back to before the changes were made.
