Mike,
As you, and MYOB, would know May/early June is the cutoff time for Tax Agents to lodge a Tax Return for the previous FY - probably the busiest timeperiod in the year for a Tax Agent.
Tax Planning also occurs in this time period - cutoff date for paying Super is say 18 June.
The AccountRight Conversion to Online Files also occurred in May and June - final day was 17 June. The Conversion did not go to plan as I could not locate a Partner Manager - the Call Centre in the Philippines gave me 2 names of people in Wellington NZ.
My Dashboard under Contact MYOB did not and still does not indicate the name of my Partner Manager.
I raised a Case with MYOB to determine who my Partner Manager might be.
My suggestion is that communication from MYOB mentions the Partner Manager's name and contact details.
In reply to my Case, Tom Carson contacted me and we are converting some 8 Files online (none of these Files have STP requirements. All files have quarterly BAS and the Q4 BAS is due in August - I have never used MYOB software to lodge a BAS as I give the Business Owner the ATO ICA.
It would have been appreciated my Partner Manager had taken the initiative and interest to make Contact and offered assistance when the AccountRight Conversion was announced.

Hi DuncanS , thank you for the feedback, I can see how frustrating this has been for you.
Not all MYOB partners have a dedicated partner manager and instead may have a team available to help instead. With no name showing in your dashboard, that indicates this may be the case for you.
You do have multiple dedicated partner support channels (Phone, Case, Livechat) available to you though which will all show in your partner dashboard as well after clicking the '?'.
I'm glad to hear that Tom was able to help with moving these files online for you- DuncanS25 days agoUltimate Partner
Mike,
Thanks for the reply.
I have been with MYOB for some 28 years.
During that time, I have always had a Partner Manager.I am a Gold Partner.
Appreciate that providing a Partner Manager is a Cost to MYOB.
MYOB should have advised that I no longer have a Partner Manager (if that is the case).
The Partner Program has been in redevelopment Phase for nearly a year.
You would recall that the Partner Search ceased - I understand that Xero and other Software still have a Partner Search. The Partner Search was only for Certified Consultants - Partners who were not Certified Consultants wondered why they were excluded.
Xero had downtown in May (like MYOB) - a personal email of apology was received from the CEO of Xero.
One often wonders why MYOB has the issues that it does - communication and genuine interest in Partners is paramount.
