Come on MYOB,
Get rid of this requirement NOW. Not in 7 days time or even 24 hours time. NOW.
Its only going to get worse for you.
Everyone is figuring you out, cottoning on to your money hungry draconian molevolent ways.
Users are fed up with your bratwurst with smell of Limburger.
Just get the coders in and tell them to turn it off, all of this **bleep**.
They can do it in about 30 seconds max.
Learn from this or you are bigger fools than I thought possible.
No doubt you will introduce something just as invasive down the track, but that will at least give users breathing space to look for alternative solutions before you pull out the pig skin again.
MYOB has gone full woke and greed.

Hi,
The secure invoicing is just plain BS! I agree with you! Trying to bully clients into payments through MYOB! We have one business with have the secure invoicing and payments through MYOB! Myob a merchant fee of 1.8% of each invoice value! This also include client paying through a debit card! As a multi type group of several businesses, this type of payment only works with a one invoice to client and then the client pays! i.e. plumbing/Electricians businesses etc. When you are a larger company and have clients pay through direct deposit paying up to 20 to 50 invoice in one payment. A company paying 50 invoices one by one! OMG! SMH! This should be an opt in as it have been currently. More Myob to state secure invoice/payment and fraud is absolute BS and I agree with the just a corporate GRIFT! We have just started up a new business and I will be sourcing a new software supplier as an experiment! If all goes well I will be saying goodbye to Myob how do not care about the larger clients who actually spend large amount of money with them! Thanks for the feed back!

Hi Jo15 , your comments are becoming very repetitive and are not very constructive.
You have made 23 comments in less than 2 business days on the forum and is becoming closer to spam than a discussion.
Regardless of the comments that will no doubt be made about censorship, I would ask that you please reduce the number of comments you are making, unless you have something new to add.
I would also encourage you to consider speaking with our complaints team if you would like to make any formal complaint rather than continuing to repeatedly post here on the community forum.- 2 months ago
First rule of Customer Service - don't criticize an angry customer.
We're all extremely annoyed about this online payment bs and being blocked from emailing invoices out of the system. Our beneficial partners sent their identification through before the cut off date given - the last one on 20/3 with date required by 21/3 and I can't email invoices today 24/3.
I've been prompted to lodge a Financial Services request which I've done. Now wondering how long it will take to resolve and deciding if I should waste an hour on hold and call MYOB.
I have about 20 invoices to send to day with the average cost each of several thousands of dollars. The one I've done so far is $4005.10. If the customer pays online then we'll be hit with a 1.8% fee of $72.00. There is no way we would pass that on to our customers. We will be opting out.
