I hope you are not feeling too personally down in the dumps over this debacle.
The frustration, anger and disdain is primarily directed at MYOB management and their discissions and in no way is intended to ridicule you personally.
It must be a difficult situation having to weather the fire and see no action from your superiors to rectify the situation.
It appears you are not getting any sort of response from management as to whether they are taking this situation seriously. I don't envy your predicament.

Its not an easy situation. I care a lot about MYOB, our customers and the Community Forum as well. There is a lot to balance in times like this. And I do my best not to take it personally.
