Hi, I can not complete the verification process. under " beneficial owners ", 2 business owners are left and replaced. I can not remove them and go to next step. Last week, I emailed "payments_support@myob.com" without any response.

I'd recommend raising a support ticket from your My Account dashboard. If you select "Financial services" it will ensure your query is escalated to the relevant team who will be able to assist you in completing the verification process.
