Morning Kadria , although there are definitely some customers (like yourself) who are choosing not to verify, the majority are doing so. We have had thousands of customers successfully complete the verification since we started this change in November.

Mike the only reason they are verifying is because they want to email directly and don't have time to complain. My book keeper was simply going to verify but I stopped her. You are loosing a lot of customer like myself that has used MYOB for over 30 years. So your analogy is skewed.
