Apologies, I'm Quite busy and don't have time to read all of the responses above.
I would like answers to the following Questions
- do the extra charges only relate to ONLINE Payments
- if so, can we select for the transaction fee to be paid by the customer, if they choose to pay via the online links.
- Are our Invoice Templates still used, since we have a different bank account for our customers to pay into ( because of invoice finance via our bank account
It would be easier for us to still be able to email directly as before, without any issues.
I've been a supporter of MYOB for years, however this is raising my eyebrows.

The fee for secure online payments is 1.8% of the invoice value + 25c transaction fee. This only applies if the invoice is paid by a secure online payment method.
You can decide whether the fee is paid for by you or by the person paying the invoice in your online payment preferences. *Please note, BPAY fees are unable to be surcharged to the customer.
Your invoice templates will still be used and you'll be able to toggle on/off the online payment option for each one. For more information on updating your online payment preferences, check out this page.
