Absolute waste of time, MYOB. If it is just an upgrade for more secure invoicing, I'm ok. But you ask a lot of privacy questions and documents. This is so unnecessary and waste of time. I think you are in breach of privacy yourself, because this is so irrelevant. you force people to give up their information.

    We've included more information on why we ask for specific documents throughout the verification process on this page here. 

    If you have any further questions about the verification process, raise a case from your My Account dashboard, make sure to select 'Financial Services' as the category and the team will be able to reach out and assist accordingly.
