We don't understand why bank account details are required if we have NO INTENTION to use the "Pay Now" option. This is why the whole thing should have been an "Opt In" and NOT an "Opt Out". You have created so much more work for us now when sending out overdue reminders for invoices created before the Validation Date.
Who do we address our invoice to for the additional Administration work that this has now cost our businesses?
Hi Goodo1 , i'm sorry to hear that this is causing additional effort for you. There is no option to invoice MYOB for your time spent.
You might find, that if you did issue the invoices with the payments, like many MYOB customers, you would have the invoices paid fast and not need to spend any time at all issuing invoice reminders and chasing outstanding debtors.
Now that you have the option, you can give it a trial and see what your customers think about having more options available to them to pay.
