The third party is Frankieone - I believe their logo shows just below where you have taken the screenshot

For information on the documents required, you can also check out this page here, but it will be related to your business structure and MYOB adhering to the correct requirements to verify you/the business

Hi

Thanks for the response.  However, there is no logo under the screenshot (as below).  Also what has this got to do with Secure Invoicing?

      Hi

       

      I still don't understand the relevance of my clients Trusts Deeds for secure invoicing.  I have many clients that use another platform who have eInvoicing that basically pushed a button to opt in.  MYOB is not even giving clients the option to not use secure invoicing.  In fact the client this is issue is for only raises RCTI for internal purposes.
