How can we opt out of this, we previously were verified but the injection of payment information is still happening on our Statements and I can't get rid of it even after disabling BPAY / Online Payments in the settings.
We have no need for BPay / Credit Card Payments as our merchant account already provides all of that at a much better rate than MYOB is offerring.
Please advise how to disable this information in our Statements, and if that's not possible how to remove that feature altogether and we send our emails another way, which we already do.

Hi bti , thanks for the post, sorry to hear that disabling the payments feature doesnt seem to have worked for you.
You can find the instructions for turning off the payments feature here
If you are using any recurring invoice templates, you will need to check the settings on each of these as well.
The recurring invoice templates will override the default settings that you can turn on/off in the linked article above.
Other than recurring templates and the default setting, there should be no reason for the payments to still appear.
