The biggest issue that we are having is that the Pay Now function is an automatic "Opt In" and manual "Opt Out" where it should be the customer choice of whether to Opt In. "Opting Out has created lots of back end issues re: invoices created pre-verification period showing "Pay Now". Receiving the reply from Support to "delete the invoice & re-create it" is not a realistic solution especially if the invoices belong to a prior financial year. Since this was introduced, would love to know what the take up the "Pay Now" function compared to the number of MYOB users Opting Out.

As MYOB has stopped us from emailing invoices direct from our software, which is a basic accounting programme requirement, can anyone let me know the easiest and fastest way to download the invoice as a PDF, and email it directly - as ridiculous as this is.
At least until we get around to changing to XERO.

You need to save to disk instead of pressing the email button (the disk one is underneath the email). Save it then emailing it to your client by attaching to your outlook email.
