I have another question - last one not answered yet. Why does MYOB need to know the below so I can send invoices via email?
Business Information:
The nature of your business in detail and the type of goods/services that you will invoice using this facility?
Web presence (e.g. Website, Facebook) or if you have no web presence then provide a business card, shop front/business vehicle photo, or advertising material (e.g. brochure, pamphlet)?
Do you offer services like Computer Network/Information Services and other Online Services such as electronic bulletin board, e-mail, web site hosting services, cyber locker and Internet access?
Please confirm if your business provides network services and other online cloud-based services.
Do you also provide cyber locker services?
Hey Jamie2
Would recommend checking out this page here. We have outlined what information is required and why depending on your business structure. If you have any further questions about the verification process, please raise a case from your My Account dashboard and the team will be able to assist.

Hi AmandaMYOB
I see the problem with combining your financial services and email invoicing together. We are being forced into a financial service from MYOB. I am surprised this is even legal.

Hey Jamie2
The online payments service is switched on by default after the business verification process is complete. You'll be able to switch it on/off to your preference, instructions are available on this page.

But if we do not intend to use it at all, why do we have to supply all our personal/financial information??
