So ... we have been verified, we have disabled your unwanted financial services, we have modified our templates and now after a month we can finally send out invoices without the fear of your financial services being added unwantedly to our invoices.
Now it turns out working with your support team that if we want to send old invoices, we must edit each one before resending to our customers because there is no way of disabling this on old invoices.
Hi Jamie2 - I have edited your post to make sure it adheres to the community guidelines
Invoices that were already sent prior to verification will have payments enabled on them.
This has been mentioned/discussed before but apologies if you missed it.
Please also make sure that you edit any recurring invoice templates you might have, as these have independent settings to the default software
Mike you are interfering far too much with our comments. This is called sensorship. If I write something I want people to read the way I write it not the way you want to cover up your company's attitude and arrogance. I know you are being paid to do this, but this is very wrong. FGorums are to express OUR views not the views others want to present.
Hi Danos , this forum is provided by MYOB for MYOB customers and Partners to have a collaborative space to connect and ask questions.
It is not the same as (for example) a Reddit or Facebook forum that are completely open.
Myself and other moderators are MYOB employees and make sure that we moderate this forum in the interests of all customers.
Combatting misinformation is ranked as most important to forum members and we moderate to make sure that what people can read here is accurate.
Your views are also well represented across multiple comments, this is not censorship, it is making sure that information is accurate and that our community guidelines are adhered to.
This post alone holds over 300 comments, most of which are against the secure invoicing change, if I was truly trying to hide or censor things, none of this would be available to view on the forum
