Question – MYOB, can you advise here your formal registered complaints email so customers can send their formal written complaints regarding MYOB products and services that will also guarantee a formal written reply from MYOB addressing any concerns raised?
(not customer support of AI Bots but complaints compliance services)
The real issue is MYOB's complaints process or complete lack of!
Sorry for the proceeding long winded information, questions / complaint below regarding customers complaining but as per usual this post will be most likely be deleted, censored and or modified by MYOB claiming inflammatory or incorrect like the last one.
I dont understand why everyone is caught up in the invoice drama when the real issue as I see it is the deliberate manipulation of customers complaints and rerouting them to conversation forums.
Question- MYOB, is this practice so myob complaints reporting systems and figures are managed to reflect unrealistic results?
MYOB have complaints email links in their policies/ contract conditions documents for business regulatory compliance, although spending many hours locating them and personally sending written complaints only to have them bounce back as they have turned off the email addresses or they return them advising to use their 1300 phone number and or app forum. Even the information provided regarding the secure invoicing upgrade provides email contact information that when used adv they are not monitored, or you need to log into the MYOB system and lodge a conversation or make a phone call which I assume does not provide any formal complaint service?.
I personally spent 3 days about 4 year ago sifting through MYOB contracts and public MYOB policies to gather written complaint processes and email addresses only to have them all bounce back.
So I had to write and send the complaint email to the MYOB Partners support team member and requested it to be passed on to MYOB legal services.
After that point the team member advised it was passed to legal and she was prohibited from conversing with me any further. ( Fact MYOB not inflammatory or incorrect ).
Oh, and surprise, surprise I still have not had a response approx 4 years later regarding the formal written complaint which was confirmed as delivered to MYOB legal compliance team by MYOB staff.
To date there is no MYOB complaint system where the customer can write and receive written complaints to or from MYOB.
Although there is information, Q&A, customer support, A.I bots and limited phone SUPPORT SERVICES for customers of which i assume you can not lodge a formal complaint and receive an event number and or formal complaint response that I am aware of !!
MYOB if this statement is incorrect please provide correction here, for official complaint services not customer support services!!!

We absolutely have a formal complaints email/channel and it is easy to find.
You can go to either our contact page or look at the T&Cs of your software available at:- myob.com/contactus
- myob.com/legal
On the contact us page, if you scroll down the page, you will see a section 'Feedback and legal' where you are provided the email address 'feedback@myob.com' or you can also raise a complaints case through myaccount.myob.com which will go to the same team.
We have a clear, and easily findable complaints process for contacting MYOB.
