Made an official complaint that has so far, been completely ignored...Way to hack people off MYOB...Congratulations on this huge own goal.
Hope you enjoy those 1.8% Fee's whilst you can...Due to be made illegal in Australia in the near future.
Wonder if the loss of loyal customers, will be worth it in the end!
Hi Neil09h​ , I can see your case from 30/10, that's definitely not ok that you haven't had a response - I am following up with the team now to make sure this is addressed asap.
I want to double check with you about this $1,320 you are referring to?
There is no monetary cost for the upgrade/verification itself and any fees or costs would only come from the use of the online payments feature
If the online payments feature is disabled, then there is no cost for the upgrade and no cost for ongoing invoicing as you have been prior to verification.
Where have you come across something relating to a $1,320 cost?

Apologies on the extra $$ I thought was going to be added to what we already pay...Instead of additional, that would seem to be our base cost per company file using Account Right Premier and we have two company files.
However, we still don't want to use Secure Invoicing...Even with being able to turn it off: We disagree with the Forced Nature of this and do not want to participate in the Verification Process.
You say it's secure...But are requesting information we don't want to share and you have no legal right to see here in Australia.
We simply want to have access to the service and functionality that we already pay for...Without having to go through a forced process we disagree with. - DR3212 months agoExperienced User
Hi Mike_MYOB, regarding my recently deleted comment. I apologise for breaking your rules, but you really need to understand the frustration that I, and others have regarding this issue. After complaining to (the right place), it took 2 days to get the result I wanted 4 months ago.
Maybe consider this, I am still a MYOB Customer, not an advocate, but a customer none the less. So many other members have moved to another provider or threatened to move to another provider over this issue.
Bottom line is, signing up to MYOB's secure Payment System is a contract, what's it called if I'm punished for NOT signing a contract for a service that I don't want?
