I found MYOB Super to be slow in transferring the funds to the superfunds. I paid super 12/1 and my super did not reach my superfund until 20/1 (7 working days). There were no data errors, etc. It was a simple transfer. MYOB will need a quicker turnaround. Is MYOB working on this
Yes, I completely agree. The process is taking far too long. Although I need to manually enter the data when using another clearing house, I’m happy to do so because I know the super contributions will reach our employees’ funds the next day. In contrast, when processed through MYOB, it can take up to a week — which effectively delays potential investment earnings for our employees.
Same!! Add to that you can't actually see any time & date stamps to confirm processing & approval dates! I know the Super we are processing for some of our clients is being approved straight away & the automatic payment comes out pretty quick too - but it's taking over 7 days for the payment to change to completed! We need to be able to see time & date stamps like you see in STP
