Just to confirm this means that you can only be logged in as one user at a time regardless of if it is through the browser or desktop? It appears that way so this is not good! I have several company files I access over 2 different account logins so now I can't be in both at the same time?

That is correct, you can only be logged in as one user at a time. To open files simultaneously, you'll need to have the same email/user ID listed as a user on those files.
