wow this is hot garbage! the whole point of having passkeys is so you can do away with other forms of MFA. The MYOB login experience is no better with passkey. you still need to enter the 2FA 6 digit code.
in contrast, when you present a passkey while logging onto M365, there's no further prompts and you're granted access.
the people at MYOB have no concept of security or workflows and no clue how to make it frictionless.
all the while, raising fees and providing abysmal service & support. pathetic.
