Did you read the bit where users are confused as to why you cant just drop it into their scanned documents and let them know it has dropped. Even easier.

Hi AndrewGFisher , assuming this question was for me?
I absolutely see the feedback about putting the invoice to customers in-tray and I can confirm that the development team are considering this as a possible enhancement in future.
Although it would seem a no-brainer for most customers, that solution would not be suitable for everyone, there will be plenty to consider when working through the solution.- Natey_T1 month agoContributing User
It is a no brainer. We get our invoices from Bunnings in the in-tray and its an opt-in in system.
How on earth hasn't someone at MYOB thought that maybe MYOB customers may want their invoices in the in-tray. It's literally what your system's whole purpose is - to record expenses and attach the invoice. I cant think of an example where one of your customers wouldn't want it to happen.
You need to make some faster decisions in your dev team - this is downright embarrassing stuff for MYOB. You have zero understanding of your users experience - AndrewGFisher1 month agoExperienced Cover User
Hi Mike, Considering MYOB do things like change the capture app to make it harder to enter a receipt i dont think this change is going to set a precedent. I can guarantee you that the time i just spent forwarding the monthly invoices emailed to me for my 5 instances would have been much better spent just clearing my in tray. When i manage my in tray and there is something in there i dont need you have conveniently provided a delete button.
