The visibility of the actions tiles is based on each users access rights. For example, if a user only has the standard Sales user permission role, they will not be able to see the tiles on the any other command centre screen. If that standard Sales user role has been customised further to not allow the user to View/Create customers then those tiles in the Sales Command Centre will also be disabled. For help setting up new users and customising their permissions go to our support page.
AmandaMYOB putting aside user permission roles, but for those that are given permission will now have to continuously lock or exit the program if they are not at their computer as the quick access tab means that the information can be displayed in an instance, concerning particularly for business that have open work stations or heavy customer/client/supplier walk ins (traffic).
