The visibility of the actions tiles is based on each users access rights. For example, if a user only has the standard Sales user permission role, they will not be able to see the tiles on the any other command centre screen. If that standard Sales user role has been customised further to not allow the user to View/Create customers then those tiles in the Sales Command Centre will also be disabled. For help setting up new users and customising their permissions go to our support page.
AmandaMYOB Simple, right?
I have 16 users who each need different functions through different MYOB roles.
This is not how I expected to spend my day! I am still (3 hours so far) trying to work out each user & their access, locking them out from doing work whilst I fumble through.
Similar to Lulu3 MYOB does not allow individual customisation of reports, so we specifically train our team to only access the reports & functions THEY need. You have just undermined our entire process by giving them 'quick' access that YOU think they should have without a way for us to either disable it or customise it.
And in 2 weeks when it is reporting time, I can almost guarantee that there will be a report that they cannot access because I have had to adjust their settings. So I will waste more of my time to try to figure out a work around for them.
All to make it 'look pretty' and 'easy for those who login only use MYOB for one or two tasks'
Give me a break!!
