Issues with with the update:
1) Under "purchases" and "banking" the new quick view button thinks there are uploaded documents sitting in the "In Tray Documents" (mine says 8) but its completely empty!
2) I need to stress that there are sensitive payroll information being displayed in the 'ALL" tab under the banking "transaction journal " to staff who are blocked from seeing any payroll information. GET THIS OFF ASAP!!!!!!
3) Also, when entering in supplier invoice descriptions it thinks that everything is misspelt and wants to correct it to the same spelling. Total waste of time!
4) Refer to everyone else that has complaints and listen to what the paying users want & need! If you want to be a leader in the accounting software this is your chance!

The tiles are based on user access, what your team members see will be based on existing permissions. If you're using shared logins, now is the time to set up individual users for your team. For help setting up new users and customising their permissions go to our support page.

You're purposefully ignoring the issue. Payroll transactions are displaying to users who don't have payroll access. They are already using their own log in with correct designated roles. This is a data privacy breach.
I have a particularly nosey bunch of staff and so went digging before I had a mutiny on my hands.
While we wait to see if myob has any answers, if you go to user access permissions, you have to go to the General section in each role and then deselect Transaction Journal (All Tab). This will block them from the all tab, where the payroll data is showing.
