So, we have an "update" filled with useless fluff that, from the overwhelming amount of negative feedback herein, the majority of users do not rate as necessary or even helpful but other real issues are ignored? MYOB how much longer before you resolve the security problem that occurs after doing a backup? It is 2 years now since one of your moderators replied "The scenario where the application closes after a backup, creating additional steps to reopen and logout, is definitely not ideal. There are multiple possible solutions that can be considered for both simplifying the logout process and this scenario with backups. Our developers are definitely looking into this". How much longer??
What about the problem with incorrect bank account numbers displaying on the Electronic Payments Register. That one has also been years.
I could go on, but it is unfortunately on deaf ears. This forum is filled with the real problems that users are concerned about. Why are the developers not working on those issues that should be high priority? This is all about the fluff of making it look pretty, what happened to providing a serious, reliable accounting package?
