Does this only impact users of the web based platform or does it also impact those of us who still use the desktop version?
Does it validate the mobile number that is entered? Asking for a friend :)
Is the system smart enough to know that the one mobile number is used on more than one user account?

This change will be mandatory for all customers who use MYOB Business and Connected Ledger software. Remaining customers on other software will be included soon, but can absolutely still take these steps to set up SMS 2FA now. There aren't any limitations on how many times a mobile number can be used.
