We have an office computer where a few different people jump on and do invoicing (that's all they have access to). Two of them are delivery drivers working on different days (mature aged workers) they start at 4am. Will we still be able to use email as the main 2fa after this is set up? Making everyone have their own log-in where the 2fa goes to their phone is just not convenient for us.

Hi dbo58806 , although our customers should not be using shared logins, if email (or app) has already been set up, then these will absolutely still work.
Once SMS has been set up, in most cases this will mean that customers now have two methods of authentication: SMS + Email/App.
When logging in and being prompted for 2FA, you will have both options available to use.- IFMsolutions5 months agoContributing Cover User
