'Having SMS as a 2FA method will be mandatory for all customers who use MYOB Business and Connected Ledger software*.'

 

Does this mean we need to set up SMS authentication after 1st of October, even if we already have two-factor authentication enabled via email?

 

Also, is it possible to link multiple login email accounts to a single mobile number for SMS verification?

Hey MYOBENQ​ 

If SMS 2FA is not set up before the due date, your account will be locked and you won't be able to access your files until SMS 2FA has been enabled.

      Hey MYOBENQ​ 

      There are no limitations to multiple login email accounts using a single mobile number for SMS verification. We do recommend all users to have their own separate login and authentication.
