Hi MYOBENQ , authenticator app is absolutely still available as an option, and ideally we would love for customers to have more than one method enabled. This change means that all customers must have SMS enabled, but they can also have a secondary method as well

We are looking to avoid the cost of providing a separate company mobile number and phone for each member of our account and sales team and also want to avoid the situation to use employees' own mobile number.
Another issue: Some mobile carriers do not support international roaming, which means you won't be able to receive SMS messages while traveling overseas
