Once again. MYOB is making it mandatory - but then give out placating advice saying it isn't  mandatory - once again making support stupidly difficult

    Hi DPC_ADMIN​ , can you please share where it was said that this isnt mandatory? 
    I will update the information asap to make sure it is clear.

    I can definitely say that users having SMS as one of their 2FA methods will be mandatory

      It seems I misread - must have been my ever hopeful outlook that MYOB would not screw this up.

      Mike, does this mean that all our staff will have to use their personal mobile phones to login to MYOB??????  At the moment they use the work email for authentication.

        Hey cramptons​ 

        You will still be able to use email as an authentication method if you've set it up previously. This change means that users must have SMS as one of their 2FA methods.
