Not keen on needing our employees to use their personal phones to receive 2FA messages. Fine if they are management but otherwise, no.
What happens if an employee leaves, admin need to reset a password, and 2FA is linked to the employee's phone?

My thoughts exactly, surely staff are not required to use their personal mobile phones to login???
