🚨Heads-up for all our new Solmates🚨

 

If you’ve just signed up and are trying to log into the app but keep seeing a "Solo subscribers only" message (screenshot below) – you’re not alone!

It looks like you’ve stumbled into a bug we’re investigating. Our team is on it and working hard to fix it! 🛠️

    Hey anna-h​ I’ve done some poking around on our side, and I’d love to get a few extra details from you so we can piece this together. When you get a sec, can you check this for me?

     

    1️⃣ Head to myaccount.myob.com is Solo showing as an active subscription?
    2️⃣ Take a quick peek at your bank statement, can you spot a charge from Solo? If so, what date does it show?

     

    If there’s no sign of Solo in your account and no charge on your statement, it’s likely something didn’t quite stick during sign-up. No biggie you can try signing up again here: Sign up for MYOB Solo.

    Once you've checked those things, let me know what you find and we’ll take it from there. Thanks heaps for your patience while we iron out the kinks we’re still the new kids on the block and really appreciate you hanging in there with us 🙏

    I can see you were chatting with the awesome Han-Solo yesterday (you’re in good hands!). We’ve gone ahead and reset your email to the one you requested. Now all that’s left to do is reset your password using that email, and you should be back up and running in no time. 🙌
