The holiday season is almost here, and just like many of you, the Solo by MYOB team is taking some well-earned time to rest, recharge, and enjoy the sunshine.
Here’s everything you need to know about our Christmas break and how we’ll be supporting you.
🏖️ Solo Support During the Break
While the broader Solo by MYOB team is taking a break, Solo will still have Community Leads on hand to help you out on non-public-holiday weekdays.
(We adore you, but we also need weekends and public holidays to recharge too!)
If something comes up, reach out through More → Chat with us, and one of our CLs will do their best to get you sorted.
🐛 What Happens if You Hit a Bug?
Our team is full of clever, creative problem-solvers who love a good workaround. But over the break, we won’t have access to our full product and engineering squad.
So, if you report a bug, we’ll do everything we can to help you keep moving — but some issues might not get fixed until after we’re all back on 5 January.
Your patience here means the world.
💸 Banking never sleeps
The specialist Solo Money crew (found by clicking the chat bubble on your Solo Money tab) are running their own schedule during the break. You can catch them any day except for the national public holidays (Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day).
🚀 Back to Full Strength in January
Once we’re back on deck on Monday 5 January, the full Solo team will be firing on all cylinders again. Any outstanding issues will be jumped on quickly so you can kick off 2025 strong.
