Tax time’s creeping up, and we’ve rolled out a neat feature to make EOFY a breeze: you can now give your accountant or bookkeeper secure browser access to your Solo file. No more messy screen-shares or spreadsheets, let them dive in and help you prep like a pro.
What this new feature will do
- Your accountant or bookkeeper can review and tweak records directly so everything’s tidy before you lodge
- They access Solo through their own secure site (not your app), so you stay in control
- They can’t apply for payments, invite others, or add, manage or delete bank accounts.
How to invite your accountant or bookkeeper
Open Solo and go to More > Shared Access > Invite Accountant/Bookkeeper > Pop in their email and hit Send Invite! They get a secure link to view your Solo data in their browser and you’ll get a confirmation email when they sign in.
