Update:
We have identified that an issue in PayGlobal ESS may be producing an error message for some users. When a user receives this error message, they are unable to edit or submit workflows, such as leave inputs and allowances.
To resolve the issue, customers are advised to delete workflows with error status and recreate them as needed. You can identify and delete which workflows have an error status via this help article. If you need assistance in identifying the details of the errored workflows for re-entry, please reach out to PayGlobal support.
